Deny access to sa account

hi.. i have one datbase my name dbMyEmp and one login emp .. only emp login should access the the database and even 'sa' account should not be able to manupulate the dbMyemp object..
how to go about it..

VenuThe obvious answer (to effectively disable sa standard login) is to use integrated (NT) security only, other that that I doubt you'll be very successfull.
